sitelead Settlement Splitter turns raw Amazon, eBay and Temu settlement reports into Xero-ready invoices — sales, refunds, fees and shipping split to the penny — running entirely on your own server. No subscription. No per-order fees. No data leaving your business.
Built by a multichannel seller. We run it on our own settlements every week.
The maths your SaaS provider hopes you never do
Payout-splitting SaaS tools typically charge £30–£100 every month — and the bill scales up as your order volume grows. You pay forever, for software that does the same job every month.
How it works
Upload or paste the native report straight from Seller Central, eBay or Temu. The splitter sniffs the format automatically — no reformatting, no templates.
Every payout is decomposed into sales, refunds, fees and shipping, VAT-classified line by line, split across calendar months where a settlement straddles two, and reconciled back to the deposit — to the penny.
Download Xero-importable CSV invoices and audit PDFs for any accounting package — or post invoices directly into Xero through its official API connection.
What you get
Every generated invoice set is checked against the actual payout amount. If it doesn't reconcile exactly, the splitter tells you — it never silently rounds.
Paste an Amazon V2 settlement file, an eBay transaction report or a Temu statement — the splitter identifies the channel from the file itself.
Standard-rated and zero-rated sales are split into separate invoice lines using your product catalogue, so your VAT return comes out right.
Settlements that straddle a month-end are split into one invoice per calendar month — the same treatment your accountant expects.
Connect once via Xero's official API and post invoices straight to the ledger — or export CSV/PDF packs for Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or your accountant.
A built-in Accounts & Taxes page lets you map every fee category to your own chart of accounts and tax rates, per marketplace.
Every split produces a per-order audit CSV alongside the invoices, so you (or your accountant) can trace any figure back to the source transaction.
Runs on any standard PHP + MySQL host. Your sales data, margins and fees stay on hardware you control.
Buy it once and it's yours. No seats, no order limits, no "premium tier" for features you already paid for.
Paste one of your real settlements into the free demo and compare the output line-for-line against what your current provider posted. If it matches, ask yourself what the monthly fee is actually buying.
Run the side-by-side testProof, not promises
sitelead Settlement Splitter wasn't built in a lab. It was built by a UK multichannel seller to do our own bookkeeping — and only offered for sale once it had earned its keep.
The engine was checked line-by-line against the output of the leading monthly-fee settlement tool across tens of thousands of pounds of real Amazon, eBay and Temu payouts — same invoices, same VAT treatment, penny for penny.
Every split is reconciled back to the actual deposit. If the invoices don't rebuild the payout exactly, the splitter tells you and shows the difference — it will not quietly fudge a number into your accounts.
The free demo runs the same parsing and splitting engine that ships in the box — real eBay Transaction reports, Amazon V2 settlement files and Temu statements, not toy data. What you see is what you get.
Pricing
No subscriptions, no per-order charges, no renewal emails. Compare that with a year of SaaS fees and the decision makes itself.
No server? No problem. We offer a professional installation service onto your existing hosting, and managed hosting if you don't have any — ask us for a quote.
Self-hosted
If your host can run WordPress, it can run the splitter. The full requirements:

Security considerations
Settlements, invoices, margins, fees — processed and stored on hardware you control. Nothing is sent to sitelead or any third party.
Ships with its own password login. HTTPS is a hard requirement, and we will help you add server-level protection (htaccess, IP allow-listing) at install if you want belt and braces.
Marketplace keys are only needed if you turn on automatic settlement fetching — and you choose where they live: in your own database, or in your own Google Secret Manager project for centralised audit and rotation. We never see or hold them either way.
Data files are PHP-guarded so the web server can never hand them out raw, and every copy sold is individually watermarked to its buyer.

Guarantee & change policy
If the splitter stops doing what we said it does in your first three months — including a marketplace changing its report format — we fix it free.
Rarely. Amazon settlement flat-files have not materially changed in years, and Amazon and eBay announce platform changes months ahead. Temu is younger and less predictable — exactly what the guarantee window is for.
Fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price — no subscription, no obligation, and the software keeps working regardless. Licensed to one business: the full licence terms fit on one page.

FAQ
One payment, perpetual licence for your business, no recurring fees. The "catch" is that it runs on your server rather than ours — which is exactly why we can sell it once instead of renting it to you. Each licence runs on one website domain (moving domain later is a quick email to us).
The splitter connects to your Xero organisation through Xero's official API (a one-time authorisation from your Xero login). Invoices are posted directly to your ledger with the account codes and tax rates you've set on the Accounts & Taxes page. Prefer not to connect? Use the Xero-importable CSV export instead.
Yes. Every split produces standard CSV invoices and PDF documents you can import into Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent — or simply hand to your accountant.
You get a three-month guarantee: if the splitter stops doing what it did when you bought it — including a marketplace changing its report format — we fix it free. After three months, fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price, just ask. In practice settlement formats change rarely — Amazon's hasn't materially changed in years. The full policy is on the before you buy page.
Safer than with a SaaS tool: it never leaves your server. The splitter ships login-protected, and we'll help you add server-level protection (e.g. htaccess / IP allow-listing) during installation if you want belt and braces.
The standard licence covers a single business. Accountants and agencies who want to run the splitter for multiple clients — talk to us about a multi-client licence.
All sales are final — and that's fairer than it sounds. Unlike a SaaS tool that drip-charges you while you find out whether it works, the free demo runs the very same engine you'd be buying. Paste your own settlements, check the output against your current provider or your accountant, and only buy once you've seen it reconcile your real numbers. You're never buying blind.
The splitter is built around UK seller bookkeeping. UK/GBP marketplace files work directly; Amazon EU/non-GBP settlements also need the matching VAT Transactions Report so dispatch country and VAT treatment can be checked. If your business is established outside the UK, email us before buying and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
We offer a fixed-price installation service onto your hosting, and fully managed hosting if you don't have any. Either way you're usually splitting settlements the same day.
