Native Mac app · one payment

UPS labels on a Mac.
Printed properly.

A small native Mac app that takes the shipping labels you create on ups.com and prints them straight to your thermal label printer — correctly sized, first time, every time. No pop-up dance, no half-size PDFs, no UPS desktop software. £99 + VAT, once. No subscription. No per-label fees.

Built because we ship UPS parcels from a Mac every day.

The problem

ups.com and a Mac thermal printer don't get on

If you've ever shipped UPS from a Mac, you already know:

1

The pop-up dance

You create the shipment, and the label… doesn't arrive. Blocked pop-ups get blamed. Browser settings get changed. The label still doesn't print.

2

The PDF detour

When a label does appear, it's a PDF sized for an A4 laser printer — not your 4×6 thermal. So you crop, scale and hope, and the barcode comes out too small to scan.

3

The workaround tax

Wasted labels, wasted time, a parcel queue building up behind one stuck label — every single shipping day. It's a five-second job that takes five minutes.

How it works

Ship on ups.com as normal. The label just prints.

1

Install once

Drag the app into Applications and open it. It sits quietly in the background from then on — set it as a login item and forget it's there.

2

Create your label on ups.com

Use the UPS website exactly as you do now — same account, same shipment flow, nothing new to learn.

3

It prints. Correctly.

The label goes straight to your thermal printer at proper label size, rendered locally on your Mac. No pop-ups, no PDF resizing, no second attempts.

What you get

Small app. One job. Done properly.

Native Mac app

Not a browser extension, not UPS's desktop suite. A proper Mac app that does one thing and stays out of your way.

Thermal-first

Built for ZPL thermal label printers — Zebra and compatible models — the printers ups.com fights hardest against on a Mac.

Correctly sized, every time

Labels are rendered locally on your Mac at true label size. Scannable barcodes, no cropping, no scaling guesswork.

Private by design

Your labels and shipment data are processed on your own Mac. Nothing is sent to us — we never see a single address.

No per-label fees

Print one label a week or two hundred a day — the price is the same: £99 + VAT, once.

Yours forever

One payment, perpetual licence for your business. It keeps working whether or not you ever speak to us again.

Pricing

£99 + VAT. Once. No tiers, no add-ons.

Compare that with the time (and wasted labels) one bad shipping day costs you.

Security considerations

Everything happens on your Mac. Full stop.

No cloud, no accounts

Labels are rendered and printed locally — addresses and shipment details never leave your Mac. No sign-ups, no servers of ours involved.

No telemetry

The app does not phone home. What you print and when is your business, literally.

Watermarked copies

Every copy sold is individually watermarked to its buyer, which is how we can sell it once instead of renting it.

Guarantee & change policy

Three months guaranteed — and there is little to change

The three-month guarantee

If the app stops doing what we said it does in your first three months, we fix it free.

?

How often do things change?

Rarely — there are no marketplace APIs involved. macOS updates and printer drivers move slowly, and ups.com label output has been stable for years. If UPS does change something in your first three months, that is covered.

£

After three months

Fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price — no subscription, no obligation, and the app keeps working regardless.

FAQ

Questions shippers actually ask

Do I need UPS's desktop software or special drivers?

No. That's the point. The app stands in for all of that — install it, and labels from ups.com print straight to your thermal printer.

Which printers does it work with?

ZPL thermal label printers — Zebra and the many compatible makes. If you're not sure what yours is, email us the model number before buying and we'll confirm.

Do I get updates?

You get a three-month guarantee: if the app stops doing what we said it does, we fix it free. After that — or for new features — we quote a fixed price for exactly the amendment you want. No subscription means no update treadmill, and the app keeps working regardless. Full policy on the before you buy page.

Is my shipment data safe?

Labels are rendered and printed locally on your Mac. Your addresses and shipment details are never sent to us or anyone else.

Can I use it on more than one Mac?

The licence covers your business — install it on the Macs your business ships from. Each copy is watermarked to its buyer, so don't pass it around outside the business.

What if it doesn't work on my setup?

Email us your printer model and macOS version before you buy and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits. If something goes wrong after purchase, email us with your licence key — we built this for our own shipping desk and we'll get yours printing.

Your next UPS label could just… print.
