Buy once. Own forever.

Software without
the subscription.

sitelead builds the tools online sellers actually need — marketplace payout splitting, Temu order management and back-office automation for Amazon, eBay and Temu businesses — and sells them to you outright. One payment. No monthly fees. No per-use charges. No renting your own workflow back from a SaaS company.

The products are adapted from workflows used inside Ourons, then separated, reviewed and acceptance-tested for customer installations.

The collection

Buy the tool. Keep the tool. That's it.

The tools use one-off licences rather than subscriptions. Payout Splitter, Temu Order Fetcher and Simple Clock In & Out are available now. Prices shown exclude VAT; 20% VAT is added at checkout.

Flagship

  • Eligible seller-fulfilled Temu orders in a dashboard on your own server
  • Search, export, mark dispatched — and push tracking back to Temu

  • Live who's-on-site board, shift fixes and one-tap payroll approval for the manager
  • Runs on a free Google Sheet you own — no app store, no hosting, no per-user fees
  • £50 once — less than a month of a typical timeclock app for ten staff

The maths on renting vs. owning

Monthly fees are a tax on running your business

Renting software

£30–£100 / month, per tool, forever
  • The bill never ends — and rises as you grow
  • Your data lives on someone else's servers
  • Stop paying and you lose access to your own history
  • Features you rely on get moved to a "premium tier"

Owning it

One payment — that's the whole model
  • Pays for itself in months, then costs nothing
  • Runs on your own Mac or server
  • Your data stays on hardware you control
  • It keeps working whether or not you ever speak to us again

Custom work

Need software that doesn't exist yet?

1

Custom jobs, fixed price

Want one of our tools bent to your workflow — or something built from scratch? We take custom jobs at a fixed price agreed up front. No day rates that drift, no scope surprises. Tell us what you need.

2

Amendments to anything you buy

There's no update subscription here — deliberately. If a marketplace changes a format or you want an extra feature, we quote a fixed price for exactly that change. You pay for what you ask for.

3

On-site consultancy

Prefer someone in the room? We consult on multichannel selling and back-office automation, and we'll come to you — we travel anywhere within 100 miles of Lincoln.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks

Really no monthly fees? How does that work?

Our tools run on your own Mac or server rather than ours — so there's no hosting bill for us to pass on and nothing to meter. We sell the software once, you own your copy, done.

Do I get updates?

No — and that's deliberate. No subscription means no update treadmill. You buy what you can see today, and it keeps doing that job. If something changes later or you want more, we quote a fixed price for exactly that amendment.

What about support?

Email us. Every copy is licensed and watermarked to its buyer, so tell us your licence key and we know exactly what you're running. Pre-sales questions are welcome too — if a tool won't fit your setup, we'd rather tell you before you pay.

Can I try before I buy?

Email us your setup — printer model, macOS version, how you ship — and we'll tell you straight whether a tool fits before you spend anything. If it won't work for you, we'd rather say so up front.

Stop renting. Start owning.

One payment per tool. Yours forever. The subscription era is optional.
